Where you can plug in
You can pick up to two teams as preferences in your application.
Creative Team
Design social-media posts (Canva), Reels, merchandise and other creatives for our events.
Social Media Team
Upload posts, stories, reels and ads, and bring ideas to engage our audience.
Coordination Team
Coordinate facilitators, venue partners and the team — meetings, event flows and follow-ups.
Administration Team
Handle registration and feedback forms, payments, the finance tracker and event WhatsApp groups.
Documentation Team
Write articles, blogs and website content, update guidelines and help create annual reports.
Moderation Team
Set up the venue, welcome participants, keep to guidelines and time, and lead the closing circle.
📍 Where we work: Most events take place in Borivali, Dahisar or Kandivali. Creative, Social Media, Administration and Documentation are online; Moderation is in-person; Coordination is hybrid.
🔶 Who can apply
- Able to give 2–4 hours per week.
- Willing to volunteer for at least 3 months.
- At least 18 years old.
- Active on WhatsApp for internal planning.
- Aligned with our community goals and guidelines.
Priority is given to people who have previously attended a Local Threads event.
